Understanding your feelings

These changes might include losing someone special, moving home or leaving school.

Seeking support

You may not know why you feel the way you do. Talking with a psychologist can help you understand your feelings and cope better. We can talk to you on your own, with your family or with carers.

Sometimes we give you special tasks, to help us understand what you are good at.

Sometimes it is not easy to talk about how you feel. Guided by an art therapist, art therapy, using materials such as paint and clay, can help you to express yourself and cope better with your feelings.
