Improving your employability at Idea Stores
Idea Store Learning works with partners across the borough, including with WorkPath, to deliver a range of unique English, maths, digital skills and employability programmes that will support your path to employment.
We offer a range bespoke courses and support to access supported employment programmes such as those that WorkPath offer.
Our classes are both online and classroom based, and aim to get you ready to start work in the sector of your choice.
Business and ICT courses
Idea Stores offer a range of courses to help you get started in IT, business and finance. Need to know more about computers, the Internet or email? Enrol onto one of our friendly and supportive IT for Beginners classes.
If you want to gain skills to work in finance then our Bookkeeping and Sage for Beginners courses are a good place to start.
Improving your skills
If you are looking to improve your skills we offer courses for those who already understand the basics. Our IT Improvers classes help you develop and expand the skills you have learned in Beginners.
We have a range of project management courses to build your business skills, including MS Project which combines business and IT.
We can help you to achieve English and maths qualifications required for work and further study.
Tower Hamlets Council provides an employment service called WorkPath for residents. This provides tailored employment support for people at all levels of work, skill or experience.
