What oil to use?

Olive, sunflower and rapeseed oils are healthy options, but still use only a little.

How much oil to use?

Measure out the oil onto a teaspoon rather than pouring them from the bottle.

Should you re-use oil?

Don’t reuse oil from deep‑frying.
