Phoenix Court Sheltered Housing Scheme

Based on the Isle of Dogs in Mast House Terrace, E14, on the River Thames, Phoenix Court is a 45-flat sheltered housing scheme, for older persons aged 55 plus. The scheme has a culturally diverse resident group, including from the Somali elder community.

Each flat is self-contained with its own lounge, kitchen and bathroom. The scheme is based over three floors and there is lift access to all floors. Communal facilities include:

  • lounge
  • laundry
  • hairdressing room
  • guest room
  • gardens.

An Intensive Housing Management Service is provided by the housing team. Charges for this service are included in weekly service charges (charges for communal services). This is payable in addition to weekly rent. For specific sheltered housing charges, please contact L&Q.
