Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)
Advice for hospital patients
Your local hospital provides a Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS), which offers advice, support and information on NHS services.
Patients, families and their carers can access PALS for:
- general health service questions
- to give feedback
- advice on how to resolve concerns or problems
- advice on how to make a complaint about a health service.
The Royal London Hospital also has a family contact centre.
Feedback and complaints
If you have concerns about the care you receive, you can provide feedback or complaints directly to the service.
Feedback and complaints can also be made to the service commissioners. Many health services in Tower Hamlets are commissioned by the North East London Clinical Commissioning Group or the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.
