Important update regarding NHS Healthcare
NRS Healthcare - the community equipment service that provides items such as mobility aids, bath lifts, grab rails, and raised furniture across London - will go into insolvency imminently and will cease trading soon.
We understand this may be worrying for residents who rely on this equipment, and we want to reassure you that we are working closely with NRS and our health partners to minimise disruption and ensure that equipment continues to be delivered by alternative providers. Therefore, you may be contacted by an alternative provider to deliver, collect, service or repair your equipment.

While we are doing everything possible to ensure a smooth handover, there may be some delays with non-urgent equipment requests during this transition. We appreciate your patience and understanding as these changes take place.
